PRACTICE SCHEDULE

Practices for the 2025 season are everyday Monday - Friday from 4:15-5:30p, and Wednesday from 7:30-9:00a (6 total practices in a normal week).

All practices will begin at the Recht Stadium Fieldhouse. Athletes should bring the required equipment and apparel to all practices -- this means running shoes, spikes, and clothing appropriate for the weather.Athletes should be ready to practice at the start of practice.

All practices are mandatory for athletes wishing to compete at the varsity level.

Wednesday afternoon practices are optional for sub-varsity athletes.
